| The INSEED project aims to create a modern framework for training and skills forming in higher education in science, design and services management (SPMS) and to promote innovation in service industry based on a model of open, continuous education and cloud type distributed computing infrastructure with virtualized resources and accesible as services, interconnected at European structures. |

Specific activities year III:
- A4.3.1. Making a joint program of action of INSER@SPACE with European innovative platform for Knowledge based Services (EIPKIS)
- A4.3.2. Establishing partnerships with foreign universities (Europe, USA) for making educational programs and joint R-D in SPMS with awarding of double and joint (sub) European Space
- A4.3.3. Establish collaborative R_D programs between universities of INSEED consortium INSEED, IT global companies and companies that vigorously promotes theories, models, best practices and tools for services innovation
- A4.3.4. Promoting public-private partnership and transfer of academic research results in industry, closing the national platform INSER@SPACE to the European Network of Innovative Services Cooperation and Exchanges (ISEN)
