The INSEED project aims to create a modern framework for training and skills forming in higher education in science, design and services management (SPMS) and to promote innovation in service industry based on a model of open, continuous education and cloud type distributed computing infrastructure with virtualized resources and accesible as services, interconnected at European structures.
WP4.1. Making a detailed investigation on the relationship between goods-producing industries (manufacturing) and services industry

Specific activities year II:

  • A4.1.1. Performing statistical benchmarking reports of enterprises, on the interdependence and correlation between goods-producing industries / energy and services industry by "encapsulating" services, "third part" and "productization"
  • A4.1.2. Conceptual analysis of the relations between innovation management products and services from the perspectives of: (a) institutional, (b) empirical company level, (c) strategic
  • A4.1.3. Study on research and development role in developing innovative strategies to provide services, to increase the applicability of new innovative schemes("extension") or existing ("deepening")
