Specific activities year II:
- A3.3.1. Structuring INSER@Space component of intellectual capital and innovative solutions for services systems, resulting from research
- A3.3.2. Integration of a national knowledge database (list of projects, solutions, best practices, applications) in CPIOMS sectoral services (health, administration, e-business, sustainable energy) to promote innovation in services

- A3.3.3. Conceiving, designing and implementing such functionality: virtual exhibitions, demonstrations, validation of concepts and solutions for services innovation
- A3.3.4. Development of a portal - as single point of personalized interaction, secured authorization levels - with real-time applications and processes as resources remotely accessed as applied training / research resources in CPIOMS for services
