| The INSEED project aims to create a modern framework for training and skills forming in higher education in science, design and services management (SPMS) and to promote innovation in service industry based on a model of open, continuous education and cloud type distributed computing infrastructure with virtualized resources and accesible as services, interconnected at European structures. |

| WP1.1 Defining the detailed model of open, continous learning in SPMS for high education, of the training framework and skills of professionals in systems for services |
Specific Activities year I:
- A1.1.1. Identifying and detailing key factors of the model SPMS: (i) value business processes; (ii) informational processes (with information technology-IT); (iii) organizational culture
- A1.1.2. Development of an integrated theory of services systems and creating value through knowledge pillars: Science-transforming data into services in knowledge; Design-transforming knowledge into new value; Management-creating value, targeting investment on innovation
- A1.1.3. Comparative analysis of global university programs and studies to define competencies and profiles of professionals in creation, design, implementation, operation and management of complex systems (CPIOMS) for services for correlation with the sevices market needs
- A1.1.4. Transposition key factors in curricular areas and areas SPMS studies based: (i) economical systems; (ii) computing systems; (iii) social systems and integration of information technology in service systems
Specific Activities year II:
